Every product page shows the size-to-age guide. For the first months it is worth going up a size: newborns grow faster than the label suggests. If in doubt, message us on WhatsApp with weight and height and we will tell you which size to take.

It is free on orders over €79. Below that it costs €6.90 by express courier, delivered in 24-48 working hours across Italy. Collection in store is always free, at either shop.

You have 30 days from delivery, with the garment unworn and the tag attached. Size exchanges are free. Personalised embroidered items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Yes, we do it in house on bathrobes, blankets, bibs and new-baby sets. It takes 48 hours. You can choose the lettering and the thread colour as you order.

You open it free of charge, in store or online. We choose the items together, generate a private link to share with family and friends, and keep the list updated live. Anything left unbought becomes a credit note valid for a year.

For christenings and communions we work by appointment, so we can give you a full hour with the fitting room to yourselves. From March to June the dates fill up weeks ahead, so it is best to book early.

The range in store is wider than the one published: online we show a selection. If you are after a particular piece from Ciccino, Maglificio Verona, Peuterey, Meia Pata or Piccola Giu, ask us and we will tell you whether we have it or can order it.
